The hotel was perfect for our trip. Large room, clean and great location. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress and it dipped in the middle. The hotel needs to get new mattresses. I also feel there is no need for $10 a night parking fee. The lot it plenty big.

only 1 small bottle of conditioner and shampoo for a two night stay; desk chair lever to raise chair was broken; tried to call hotel during the day to let them know this and was on hold for over 5 minutes before I gave up

I am a very loyal Crowne Plaza repeat guest. It’s my favorite place to stay in the Portland area! However, I was very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool/hot tub was under construction. Had I known, I would’ve booked something closer to the event I was attending. When I expressed my frustration that it wasn’t disclosed during the booking process, there was no effort to offer an upgrade, complimentary drink at the bar, etc.

Overall, we have always enjoyed our stay here. There is always easy parking. Close to all our favorite shopping centers. The staff has been very nice and helpful. But this last stay we were a little disappointed. It was not advertised that the pool and jacuzzi were under remodel. We were really looking forward to those features after spending the whole day shopping.

It was crazy week with snow storms and power outage for this area. Despite being so crazy busy, the starts took extra steps to make sure everyone felt welcomed and safe. The room was great, spacious and clean and common area was kept sparkly clean at all time.
