Parking is absolutely terrible. Went to take a shower and had no hot water. After about 15 minutes water got "luke" warm for about 5 minutes and then went back to cold. Maintenance came to "fix" the problem. Temperature stayed about the same just increased water pressure. Would not stay again.

Edge hotel that’s nicely different
Beautiful hotel with an “edge” Stayed there before and was hoping it still had this vibe and it died. Great comfortable room and staff is great. Parking not ideal given walking in cold winter weather but it’s worth the walk.

I loved everything about NYLO, the tranquility of the environment, the convenience of an accessible gym, the layout of the room, the views from the window…everything was stupendous. I would most definitely recommend NYLO to friends, family, and even strangers; a five star hotel indeed. I can definitely see myself returning next time around.
