Walk everywhere you want to go within just a few minutes, then come home via a private footpath from Commercial Street.

From the moment you arrive at the home, you’ll be surrounded by your own private oasis, with an expansive, wraparound outdoor deck that’s a dream for entertaining, with multiple comfy seating areas, a propane grill, lobster pot station, and a fire table. Plus Picabu Beach is fully-fenced in, so it’s kid and dog-friendly! Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead from the deck to the open-concept kitchen and dining room, making it easy to entertain inside or out.

Inside, the airy, open design features gleaming hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and skylights, which make the space feel both cozy and dramatic. Bright, stylish furnishings and tons of natural light combine to give the space a beachy, welcoming vibe. In the well-stocked, eat-in kitchen, you’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances and lots of thoughtful gadgets, including a slow cooker, french press, coffee grinder, mixer, and blender. An outdoor shower, in-home washer/dryer, split AC/heat units, radiator heat, and bidets on all toilets round out the amenities.

After a day of exploring P-town, entertainment options at home include two streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. When it’s time to choose bedrooms, the view of the ocean from the primary room upstairs seals the deal. This upstairs suite can be accessed from the living room or via its own private entrance. Up here you’ll find a private balcony overlooking the rear patio, a working antique stove for chillier nights, and a brand-new bathroom with a standalone tub and shower. Two more guest bedrooms downstairs - one with an en suite bath and working antique propane stove - offer a restful night’s sleep as well. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). VERY COMFOTABLE
Well equipped house although you cannot use fireplace in bedroom. No curtains on bathroom windows. Very nice area can walk everywhere
