There was no breakfast! I specifically picked the Holiday Inn Express for the breakfast. I was arriving too late the night I arrived for dinner in the area and counted on breakfast in the morning. When I got to the very crowded lobby in the morning (~8:15AM) there was a sign that said breakfast would be late. There was no indication when it would be available, and I couldn't wait around as I had an appointment. There was also no grab and go options.

We have used this facility times over the years when it was owned and maintained by other companies but in passed have avoided its convenient location because it was a mess HI has done an amazing transformation Rooms, staff, pillows, beds, breakfast Wonderful We will be back

The room we booked wasn't ready so they offered us another at the same rate which we took but those rooms were still being serviced - we ended up with no bath towels (discovered when it was too late to get any) Staff was friendly and helpful.
