20/10 Absolutely Fantastic
Monique is an absolute gem from start to finish! The apartment is gorgeous and provides everything you need (including things you may have forgotten) as well as organized which I completely love! She puts so much extra effort in for her guests comfort and care and is so easy to work with even for last minute extensions. If I could give 20 stars for this place and our lovely hostess I would! Highly recommend to everyone and definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip down!!!

Addressed the hiccup, would happily stay again!
Overall, the apartment and location was great! Everything was clean and organized (my wife has very strong feelings on that, and even she was impressed). The hiccup mentioned in the title was pool had been closed with a maintenance issue and then was closed for a scheduled maintenance day…which was a disappointment, but also not something under the direct control of Monique. Monique spoke openly with us about it and made extremely reasonable efforts to make it up to us! There’s plenty of people who wouldn’t have made that effort! Would happily stay again!

Overly impressed. Very clean and decorated cute. Six big beach towels for the pool which haven’t been the case at other vrbo locations. The pool was fabulous. Everything was comfortable and we would go back again.

Great Getaway and Perfect Location
Monique was a super host. The apartment location was perfect for our weekend at Sea World and just a short 20 minute drive to the river walk. The apartment was stocked with towels, soaps, lotions, kitchen utensils, basic spices, garbage bags, etc. the beds were comfy and the smart TV was loved by the kiddos. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We found everything to be extremely clean, well maintained, and organized. The pool was a great plus after a few hot days at Sea World and Aquatica, both of which are around the corner from this location.

Wonderful property and amazing host!!!
The property was extremely nice and very clean! A great location for anyone staying in the area and traveling to Lackland Air Force Base. Monique was by far the best property host I have dealt with, and all of my experiences of VRBO! Would definitely stay here again!
