The property, amenities and staff were amazing! I had such a great time and happy attractions were close by. Old San Juan isn’t too far either as far as driving distance with Uber. Best hotel I’ve been too so far. The customer service was top tier. Thank you so much!

We paid for an ocean view king bed. Our room wasn’t ready we waited over 1/2 hour and ended up with a room with 2 double beds with a view of the parking lot. Very disappointing.
