Was not the greatest experience with family.
WE had 2 rooms booked together, requested we be close to each other. We got there a little early, didn't sign up for the early check in but with kids in tow, we were hoping to get the room sooner than 4pm (3:00 would be great or 3:30pm) Instead... we were left to wait until 4pm (while others that had reservations waltzed in before we did and got their rooms before 4pm) one after the another. We were the ONLY ones waiting for our room. None of the staff TRIED to do anything until we went there to ask if our rooms were ready at 4pm... only to get a "not ready yet"... so another nice lady chimed in and said we can get you rooms, but not together.. we asked to be together IF POSSIBLE not a requirement.. wished they had asked us earlier. That would have saved this bad review. Also, the floors are thin where you can hear people walking. With multi-floors and being family friendly, you will have kids running around in the room.. We got a complaint at 6pm PT because our kids were playing in the room. 6PM!! Would be great for the staff to be a little more friendlier and aware of families with small children in tow. Help them out when possible. Offer options to make thing better instead of being firm and cold. I don't think I'll stay here again. If you do, be prepared.

We loved our stay, and will be revisiting in the future. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated and took advantage of the complimentary drink and shuttle service.

I specifically booked this hotel for the charging stations. All the spots were taken by non electric vehicles the entire time we were there. Check is 11am and house keeping tried to kick us out at 930am. Definitely not staying here again
