Room was tired and could have been cleaner. Receptionist, Wilfred, was unhelpful and unaccommodating to requests. Car park extremely tight and very small. Received numerous emails from the hotel - what time are you checking in/ what time are you checking out - totally irrelevant and unimportant for a 4* hotel - as I’ll arrive when I want to and leave when I want to ( before the check out deadline ) . Had to pay for everything - even using the hotel pool.

The hotel was perfectly situated close to the motor way and close to Windsor .We were greeted by two very friendly receptionist that booked us in to our room .The suite was very clean with plenty of space. We found all the staff very professional and friendly thought our stay . Will defiantly recommend this hotel
