The unit was clean and recently updated. We had a view of the water. It is about 20 minutes north of Key West. They have a beach area, swimming pool, hot tub, and cafe onsite.

Beautiful and brand new but not a hotel in my opinion. It’s more like renting a nice furnished apartment. It doesn’t offer the amenities one would expect at a hotel. Hotel amenities it’s missing: work out room, office area, breakfast, fresh coffee, housekeeping and 24 hr desk clerk.
