No cold water supply
The staffs keep telling us that it's under urgent repair but for the whole day until we check out there is no cold water supply. Imagine you only have extremely hot fountain water available, you can't even take a bath or wash your face.

Schönes Thermalhotel, Service etwas speziell
Schöner Ort um sich zu erholen. Etwas gewühnungsbedürftig ist, dass auch Hotelgäste alles, auch das jeweils bestellte Getränk, immer im Voraus zu bezahlen haben. Sonst sind die Leute aber nett.

喜歡住宿的浴室有toto免治馬桶及馬鞭草的沐浴用品及有浴衣提供去溫泉池泡湯,樓下的加購的晚餐合菜好吃,早餐樣式也很豐富 缺點:床頭的LED燈一直閃爍不會停,只好關掉不使用
