Property being remodeled. No pool or gym. Gym is important to me. Good location, across the street from a Fred Myers and there is a gas station in the parking lot. They have you sign a contract that there is a $350 fine if you smoke, etc. Never had to sign something like this for a hotel or motel.

We almost didn’t stay the 2nd night. The only thing that made us go back was it was too risky to try and drive home after our family event late at night in the rain.
The wooden hand painted sign should have been a warning… not a well kept hotel.
