Very good situation also for shops and restaurants. The place is pet friendly, near the paw park beach and natural parks.

Home away from home
I enjoyed staying in this home. It was like a home away from home for me. A quiet neighborhood close to many different options for food and entertainment. The host is extremely nice and very communicative. Overall a great experience.

Great place to stay
Had a nice stay visiting family for 3 days. Inside was very clean lots of amenities provided. Paper towels tp ect. Also had beach chairs umbrella and cooler. Though we had our own. Pool was nice but didnt use was little cool in evening and were gone during day. King bed was pretty comfortable for us Didnt use queen. Would stay again if in area.

Great Location Near Lots of Beaches and Bike Paths
The property inside is very nice, very clean - good furniture, full kitchen, fully stocked. Reasonably priced. The outside is not as inviting. Still has hurricane damage, lanai in a pile in back yard. The pool is not heated, but nice enough for a plunge. Lots of weeds. The decor is kind of weird about 30 vases of flowers. The host was very responsive to our concerns and tried to help. However, you are not hear to stay in the house. You are near so many great beaches - Manasota, Bllind Pass, Jettys, Nokomis, etc. all within 5-10 minutes. There are also great bike paths - Legacy, Casey Key, Boca Grande. And lots of Tiki Bars and Restaurants.

Christmas Getaway
The place was just what I was looking for!! Very very clean property and as soon as we walked through the front door, you could smell how clean/fresh the place was. The Host, Carmen was right on top of communication when I had questions. The location was central to many things. I would stay here again when I’m back in the area. Thank you Carmen for your hospitality.

Thanksgiving Weekend
Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described and pictured. Extremely clean. Check in was simple...owner gave all the necessary information prior to our arrival. Our 2 dogs, a lab & pug, were well contained within the fenced back yard. The off-leash dog beach is only a short distance away and we loved watching our pups play in the water and sand. We definitely plan to return. Thanks, Carmen!
