The hotel was quaint and beautifully decorated. It was in the heart of the old area of San Marco, in easy reach of all the landmarks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely and the maid came in every day. The only thing we were disappointed with was the room was classed as superior but the bathroom certainly wasn’t. It needed some TLC! Also, the hotel advertised a bar. It was run by reception staff who we felt we were annoying by asking for a drink, and, it was closed at 11. On one occasion, we were told to go to the hotel next door to use their bar! Bit of a let down! On the whole we would probably try a different hotel on our next trip to Venice.

The staff is so warm and welcoming. The front desk personnel were so nice. The hotel is beautiful and the decorations are eclectic and very nice. We are extremely grateful for this experience and are only sorry we stayed only a couple of days. We will surely return. You made our trip truly special. Thanks again.
