Whether it's the thrill of Silverstar ski hill & bike park just 15-20 mins away or rounds at one of the many nearby golf courses, there's lots to keep you busy. Bask in the sun at Kal Beach (5 minutes) or Okanagan Beach (10 minutes). Don't miss the chance to explore local wineries or take a short drive to downtown Vernon.

Guests have access to the entire house including the garage. There are full time tenants who occupy the basement, however they do not interfere with the property.
Welcome to our meticulously renovated 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom house. With 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, and a cleverly concealed roller single bed that emerges from beneath one of the doubles, we can comfortably accommodate groups of various sizes.

With the convenience of two bathrooms, getting ready in the morning or winding down in the evening is a seamless experience. And for your entertainment needs, a Smart TV is at your disposal, ensuring you stay connected or enjoy movie nights with ease.

Unwind in the inviting hot tub, cold plunge and sauna, offering you a haven of relaxation after your day's adventures. The mini deep freeze in the shed is stocked with enough ice for one plunge and some drinks. When not relaxing, spike ball, ladder toss, bocci ball and more are available in the shed.

Strategically positioned, we are just a quick 15-20-minute drive away from Silverstar bike park in the summer and the exhilarating ski hill in the winter. 2 doors down from the house is Lake View Market Convenience Store. Golf enthusiasts will find themselves teeing off at executive courses such as the Rise which boasts amazing views of Okanagan lake.

For those who love the water, Kal Beach is a mere 5-minute drive, while Okanagan Beach awaits you in a short 10-minute journey. Lakeview park is 2 mins away with 2 ball diamonds, a children's playground and Vernon's historic peanut pool which is currently under construction to become a wading pool in 2024.

Immerse yourself in the flavors of the region by exploring local wineries, adding a touch of sophistication to your getaway. Lake Country wine district is a 20-25 min drive as well as nearby Frind Winery.
