I stayed in one of the rooms equipped with a kitchenette and balcony for 4 nights. The room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and keen to assist. Loved the quiet atmosphere. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the tram stop, with access to all zones.

Great place to stay in Vienna
Excellent location, very close to Traisengasse Bahnhof which has direct link to airport. Easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel by s bahn, tram or u Bahn. Lots of supermarkets nearby. The hotel has a very nice ambiance. Reception/bar/terrace area is very comfortable and nice for a coffee or a drink. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you check in online before you arrive, it’s very quick and easy. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. It’s great to have a kitchenette in the room. The only minor issue is that the room and the hotel in general is quite warm, and the rooms don’t have air conditioning. So it can be a little stuffy at night.

I am a former Hotel receptionist, and as someone who has worked in the field I can say in certainty that this hotel has very high standards and has very good value for the price. The room was extremely well done, the ambiance in the hotel was great, cleanliness, birds chirping, complementary warm drinks throughout the day, all made our stay very pleasant. The staff itself was fabulous, especially Nasa Larissa and Rafa, who were more than happy to assist an annoying customer like me by answering my need for recommendations for the city and help during my stay. The only downside was a knock on the door while there was I do not disturb sign on it. This was the housekeeping wanting to clean our room. The reception desk was informed and they promised they will refresh the memory of the housekeeping team.

The room itself was very large and clean, except for a few spots on the walls. The self check in wouldn’t work but the staff were helpful in checking us in. Laundry facilities were good, cost about €7 for a wash and dry. We did not get the breakfast as it cost like €20/per person which seemed high for a buffet. There was coffee and tea available in the lobby for all guests, a lounging area by the bar and a rooftop terrace which were all great amenities. Location was not amazing but there is the #2 train car right outside so you can go into the city easily.

Worth a look
The hotel is lovely and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to train station and you can get everywhere from there. The room was very large and clean , one problem we found was if the window was left open at night the trains run every few minutes 24 hours a day. With the window and blind closed things where alot better and the rest of the days there ,we got plenty of sleep. I would return to this hotel due to the helpful staff and good breakfast

Great accommodations and better customer service
The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. But what really made this hotel stand apart was its sterling customer service. The whole staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. In particular, I want to commend Istva. While the hotel was not in the city center, it was on a tram line that made everything accessible. I would recommend this hotel unflinchingly.

A little something different in Vienna!
We loved our stay at Rioca! The room was spacious and included a fun chair swing in the corner, which I sat in every chance I got! We had a small balcony, where we could just see the Votiv Church spires over the roofs of the buildings across the street. We had a kitchenette with cooking equipment, as well as a roomy refrigerator. The bathroom had a closed in shower stall, rather than a curtain, which was very nice, and the room came with a hair dryer and ample closet space. My husband took advantage of the free coffee in the lobby, and we had a drink at the bar one night; the Caipirinha was made to perfection! The rooftop patio isn't very big, but is still nice. We also used the laundry service, which you need to download an app for. There is parking available, but the tram stop into the inner city ring of Vienna is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel, so coming and going was very simple. The entire hotel gives of a very tropical vibe, with a small Christ the Redeemer statue in the outdoor seating area, tropical plant wallpaper on every floor, and the sounds of bird calls in the hallway. The only downside, of which we got used to very quickly, was that you could hear the nearby trains running throughout the day and night. The windows here do offer some soundproofing and we were on the street side of the hotel, so that helped. To Jonatha and the whole staff, who took the time to answer our many questions and gave us good advice throughout our stay, obrigado!!!

A True Gem
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is accessible since it is on the tram line. But the great thing about this hotel that really sets it apart is the incredible level of service from all of the staff. I want to commend Istva in particular. Free coffee is available in the lobby area. I rarely give 10/10 ratings. But, in my estimation, this hotel really deserves it.

Overall we had an amazing stay. Friendly welcome, all staff were super lovely and helpful, really can tell they enjoy working there and it makes it a great place to be. I usually don’t spend much time in my hotels when I travel, but I went out of my way to make the make most of the facilities and atmosphere here. They make amazing caipirinhas at the bar as well. Rooms were immaculate, very current and well equipped. Smart tv’s in room and also having fridge were a great features that not every hotel has but really makes it feel like home. Great location, tram stops right outside and there’s a S-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk, plus a Spar and a few takeaways. My only one suggestion would be to perhaps streamline the check-in process. I had to provide quite a lot of information on a tablet which was not ideal after being tired from hours of travelling. Perhaps there could be a way to provide my information in advance to speed up the process? Overall an amazing stay, truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and easily the best in terms of value for money. Definitely recommend!

What a gem of a hotel! I absolutely loved staying here. The staff were attentive, free coffe and tea all day in the bar area. The room was magnificent I thought they had put us in the wrong room it was massive! The bed was comfy, the room came with a table and chairs, a kitchenette. The bathroom had a walk in shower and we had a great view of the town. 5 minute walk to the train station with the train only taking 8 minutes into main town Vienna. I would 100% would stay here again if I visit Vienna.
