Decent but not great.
The experience was alright. The shower was just a handle on the post that wouldn’t hang on the hook and would spray water all over the place. The keys constantly demagnetized so after coming from my event (Walla Walla Guitar Festival) at 1 in the AM on Friday & Saturday I couldn’t get into my room. The pillows were too soft and there were no other options so I didn’t sleep well during my stay.

Can’t beat this hotel for the price! The place is old but well maintained and clean. They have a variety of extras like cookies at 7, a high end coffee machine, a wide variety of breakfast options and the location is convenient and quiet.

Staying at Best Western in Walla Walla WA was for the most part a good experience except at check out, when I entered the front desk area the customer service agent behind the desk was conversing with a women with a baby standing off to the side and continued to converse with the lady while I was waiting. Listening to the conversation, being carried out in front of me I could see this was a personal conversation. When they finished the conversation, the front desk agent then assisted me. I told her I did not appreciate waiting while she carried out her personal conversation. The agent responded with the women she was speaking to worked there and was visiting, and there were other employees that could have helped me. Two other agents came to fron desk area at this time. The agent I was speaking to stood behind them glaring at me. Unprofessional and poor customer service. She could have put her personal conversation on hold and assisted me since she was working and not on a break.
