The front desk manager, Regina was absolutely fabulous. Travelocity and Expedia however, actually told me that my reservation was canceled around 3pm local time, after I had checked in

This was like having your own efficiency apartment, complete with kitchen and even a washer and dryer in the unit. They give you an app for keyless entry, not just for your unit, but for the building and elevators, which makes it very safe. You dont even have to press or do anything in the app. Simply have it open and walk up to the elevator or room and it unlocks for you. Way cooool.

If not for this, I would return
My daughter mistakenly left her dress pants and blouse in her room. IShe called when we got home and was told they were thrown away! Her son lives in the codos behind Coda. He would have taken them - if given the chance. I never heard of a hotel handling forgotten items like you have! Those clothes weren't cheap! I find it hard to believe that they were simply thrown away. Maybe someone kept them???

BEAUTIFUL experience staying at Coda! The staff was sooo pleasant! Check in was a breeze. Properly was super clean. Rooms incredibly spacious. And the digital key system is amazing, how it unlocks not just your room but access to all the property facilities. Especially if you’re a content creator- just go ahead and book here! CONTENT HAVEN.

Everything else was great. Check in the gentleman helped me a lot getting set up. Rooms were very clean; recently remodeled. The only issue was the bed was horrible. I should have slept on the floor and it would have been more comfortable.

The property looks exactly like the pictures, actually bigger. The staff were really helpful with the check in process and even extending the stay. The two drawbacks are that parking is likely to be on the street as the garage was full our entire stay but luckily we were able to find close parking and it was the weekend before a federal holiday. The second is that the hotel is pet friendly and clumps of fur were under the beds and in the rug which triggered my allergies. I would check the floor upon check in and ask for it to be cleaned if there is fur present. I didn’t catch the fur being under the beds on the woods floors until right before check out unfortunately. Otherwise it was a great stay in a fabulous location.
