While the cost was reasonable, the night spent here was not. Check in took a while since there were a number of people checking in and only two staff members present at the time. During the evening the fire alarm went off and no one answered the phone at the front desk. Upon walking down the stairs and attempting to go out the door, I ran into the firemen who reset the alarm, I went to the front desk and inquired and the staff was rude, non-responsive, unhelpful and just unfriendly. Big turn-off. Room is large but not functional enough. Bathroom is very small.

At check in was given a coupon for a free appetizer (tapas) in their restaurant. When paying for our dinner which was close to $100, the bar tender told us the coupon was not good for a free appetizer (tapas). Wouldn't have gone to the restaurant if hadn't received the coupon,
