Staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Reception did not offer the Ticino Card at check in. On arrival our room was not very clean and was not cleaned well during our 3 night stay. We did however like the location.

Hotel Delfino
Its an alright hotel, it's a bit outdated, and the room was fine but nothing special. The listing also says it's in the center of town, and it is about a twenty-minute walk or a mile from Paradiso.

Hotel Federale Lugano
Room was spacious and clean with a really nice view of the surroundings. The Staff were really friendly and also helpful.
