I've stayed many times, including in this room, previously I've been fine. There was no sound insulation between my rooms and the room above. I stayed for two nights and was woken my someone thundering around above me like an elephant at 5 am both mornings. Awful.

Threadbare carpet in room and beside a very noisy main road so very noisy not much sleep even with ear plugs.
Bed and pillows comfy
We stayed for 2 nights and key card ran out after 1st day staff never mentioned this so got up to room and couldn't get in room had to go back down to reception this could of been avoided. Room ok but no sleep due to main road noises so wouldn't stay again "
