Not as advertised

Dirty, bed broken, ac not working, wi-fi not working, smelled bad, toilet seat would not stay up for my hubby, and the 3 stairs to go to the pool required climbing 36" on the top step. We could not stay. I had to work all week and no wifi was the killer but the property was nit as pictured. Agent/owner came and tried to make light of the issues and threatened to charge us anyway!!!
Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2024
