Welcome to Mountain Hideaway, a private Puerto Rico retreat in Morovis designed for guests who want comfort, relaxation, and a more authentic island experience beyond the busy metro areas.

The highlight of the stay is the private outdoor hot tub, available 24 hours a day. Whether you want to relax under the stars, enjoy a quiet evening after exploring, or start the morning surrounded by the Morovis mountain atmosphere, the hot tub is one of the best parts of the property.

This apartment was built with my father during the COVID pandemic, and I personally lived and worked from the space for several years. Because of that, every detail was chosen with real comfort in mind. This is not a basic place to sleep. It was designed to feel warm, comfortable, relaxing, and easy to enjoy.

Inside, guests will find a spacious King bed, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a full size sofa bed in the living room, Smart TV, movie projector setup, and a dedicated office area with a wireless printer. The space works well for couples, solo travelers, small groups, remote workers, and guests who want a comfortable base while exploring Puerto Rico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. The apartment also includes a multi stage water filtration system, with additional filtered water through the refrigerator for extra comfort during longer stays.

The bathroom includes a luxury shower and a Bio Bidet toilet seat with multiple comfort features. Guests will also find thoughtful entertainment options, including a PS5 and a Legends classic arcade style game system with games like Street Fighter and more.

Mountain Hideaway was designed to combine comfort, technology, and relaxation in one private retreat. From the hot tub and movie setup to the workspace, kitchen, water system, and King bed, the goal is to give guests a stay that feels comfortable, memorable, and different from a standard apartment.

The property also has solar panels, backup battery support, and a 400 gallon water reserve tank. While no system can guarantee uninterrupted service in every situation, these features help provide added peace of mind during typical Puerto Rico utility interruptions.

Morovis is a great location for guests who want a peaceful mountain feel while still having access to many parts of the island. You can enjoy a quieter local setting while remaining connected to beaches, rivers, restaurants, shopping, and day trips throughout Puerto Rico.

Please note that the apartment has an open concept layout. The sleeping area is spacious and comfortable, but it is not a fully enclosed traditional bedroom with a separate door. This layout works especially well for couples, solo travelers, and small groups who are comfortable sharing an open private apartment space.

The property is conveniently located near two main roads, which makes it easier to travel around the island. Because of that location, some traffic noise may occasionally be noticeable, especially on weekends. To help with comfort, we provide a sound machine and earplugs in the bedroom.

Guests have full access to the entire private apartment and the private outdoor hot tub. The front area of the property is shared.

This is a 420 friendly property, but all smoking must be done outdoors only.
