This is a large, comfortable,studio apartment. Lots of light and windows and tropical breezes, and central Air Conditioning. Comes with a nice backyard where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and have a nice BBQ. Casa Sunset is part of the larger Casa Caribe building but has it's own entrances and parking. Ask about Villa Caribe, the 2 bedroom adjacent property for 8.
Casa Sunset and Casa Caribe are located at “Punta Borinquen”, the northwest tip of the island of Puerto Rico, on the former site of Ramey Air Force Base. Area is perfect for your Caribbean getaway vacation, lots of things to do and by great beaches and natural beauty. to enjoy. Our facilities have been recently remodeled and are equipped with air conditioning, new furnishings and appliances. Casa Sunset will be your headquarters to explore and enjoy the many nearby activities and attractions. Within minutes you will be at prime spots for World Class surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing, scuba diving and snorkeling

Single problem solver

My stay in the studio was wonderful. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The layout was great everything needed to spend time there was available in the house. I would consider returning to the studio in the future. However, I would call the owner to see if the roosters are still living there!!!

We loved the location and price. Laundry available to use $1 in quarters per wash/dryer was a bonus. Could have done without the neighbors rooster crowing at 4am, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place with excellent location very quiet and peaceful, property manager was great and very responsive, recommendations if possible add a ceiling fan so guests can keep doors open without A/C, also TV options are limited, not able to watch local channels, others channels were pre recorded news and TV shows, other than that excellent.

Great location and space

The studio apartment is beautiful! There was a small mix up with rooms but that was quickly and efficiently resolved. Allyn was very responsive and there are some lovely restaurants and beach within a 15 minute walk from the property. Overall a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything was great with this studio my only complaint would be that the mattress was too soft. Cleaning products were left in the studio so that we could keep it as clean as we received it. We really like this.

Great comfortable and clean

I had to stay due to a funeral and I was with my two kids. This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay in. Everything worked except the TV system. I’m sure they will fix that. Fortunately my kids streamed what they wanted to watch. I love the avocado tree on the property and the orange tree. There is a pick nick cement table out back which was very nice to sit at. I also enjoyed all the pictures and beach decore. I recommend this place especially if you don’t need a fancy place. Its in a very nice area close to everything.

Just what we needed

We received a call from Puerto Rico that my father-in-law was very ill. We were checking for airline tickets and a place to stay in Aguadilla at 2AM. I just want to say we are very grateful we were able to get this place, because it was very last minute. We arrived at dawn the following day, exhausted. In our rush we forgot to rent a car! We called Don Carlos the property manager and he came to the airport to pick us up. He is very nice and helpful. We got a free upgrade from a studio to a two bedroom, the place was clean, very well equipped and I loved that it had a washer and dryer(coin). I just want to give a big thank you to Ivette and Allyn Johnson for allowing us to stay at this wonderful place, it is a mile from the airport, we hear a few planes fly over, but we enjoyed that. We had to stay an extra day than reserved because of funeral arrangements, they were very understanding. My family is definitely planning on renting this place again when we return to Aguadilla.

From this place we were very close to all the beaches that we want to explore (that are many). We were available to take a shower and be ready to go to a different restaurants for dinner that were very close too. The studio have great facilities and is superr clean.

Good location, reasonable price

The property is a large, well-maintained, clean studio located behind a house across from the Tennis Courts and Ramey Post office. It was very easy to find. Location is ideal for both military with temporary duty in the Ramey area as well as for tourists arriving to the BQN airport -- which is within walking distance. Restaurants (including fast food), shopping centers, the Marriot Hotel and Casino, plenty of "panaderias" and other services are close by, especially along PR 107 and PR 110. Jobos beach is a short 10 or 15 min drive away while Crash Boat beach is about a 10 min drive. Other surfer beaches are even closer. Rincon and Mayaguez are less than one hour away. The studio itself was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The studio is also Air Conditioned and has Internet and a large flat screen TV. The owner also makes available beach chairs and other such items. Contacting the property manager to coordinate for the keys was easy. He (Mr. Plaza) was punctual and courteous. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family looking for a clean, well located, studio/apartment in the Ramey/Aguadilla, PR area. 
