There was a private party in the lobby, so there was no handicap parking for hotel guests, and very little non-handicaped as well.

Mouse, clogged toilet, bedbugs/scabies

I am requesting a refund. I had to check out early on Christmas Day due to itchy bites my doctor identified as either bed bugs or scabies. The room also had a mouse and a clogged toilet. This was very inconvenient. The staff was polite, but this trip cost me a great deal of time and money and did not ultimately result in a safe sleeping space. Thank you.
