The room wasn't clearly ready upon our arrival in the afternoon. The room was good. It was clean. The pull-out sleeper was not made. The mattress was 2" thick, not comfortable and not enough blankets, etc.

I am sorry that you didn't find the "Marriott Bed" comfortable. (You will always find an extra blanket in the closet and we are happy to provide extra upon request.) It had everything we enjoy- nice pool, small gym, free Wi-Fi, free computer, free hot breakfast, nice small suite set-up, lovely setting, easy access to highways.
