Not 10 bedrooms, but lots of space
I booked this property for a company event so that all guests could have their own rooms. This was quickly an issue though as there were only 7 bedrooms and communicating through the Vrbo app wasn’t able to resolve this. The next day the property manager was able to unlock a bedroom that had been locked from the outside and mentioned that a bedroom had been converted into a wine cellar and that the final missing bedroom was what’s actually a closet of another bedroom that just had child sized bunk beds put in it (the only exit for that room is through the bedroom so that doesn’t work for anyone). The people I worked with to fix this were understanding and helpful and brought things like an air mattress for us, but it was a significant step down from everyone having their own room.Besides the bedrooms issue, the house was pretty nice to exist in and had a lot of space for people to spread out. The furniture was set up for socializing and the checkin and checkout process was easy. It did have some cleanliness issues like what appeared to be mouse poop in a kitchen cabinet and several lights out, along with a missing step on the back porch.
