Rare 3 bedroom/ 4 Bath plus loft, end unit penthouse offering breathtaking views down valley and to Strawberry Park. An incredible ski in/ski out location with quick access to Centennial chair lift and Beaver Creek Village!

This charming Colorado cabin offers unique touches throughout the home and comfortable mountain décor making this a wonderful vacation rental for your next ski trip or summer vacation. The renovated, fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. Whip up a family feast and discuss the days' adventures.

The large deck off the living room has some of the best views of the entire building and is the perfect spot to start your day, coffee in-hand.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, remodeled en-suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, flat screen TV and a private deck. Two full-sized beds are in the second bedroom, which features a flat screen TV and updated en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with one queen and one king bed, flat screen TV and updated adjoining bathroom. The loft is set up as an additional bedroom with two twin beds, flat screen TV and its own updated bathroom. Guests will find additional flex space in a small room off the loft including a futon and flat screen television.

Other amenities include full-sized washer/dryer, covered parking is offered for one vehicle and a complimentary village shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort. Enjoy a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, and steam and sauna rooms with a private changing area. The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own Skiway just steps from the end of the building offering direct access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain.

This gorgeous property is the ideal choice for your next destination vacation to create lasting memories with the ones you love in a location you won't soon forget!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not included.

So spacious and beautiful

We stayed with a group of 7 but there was definitely room for me. I loved the loft and all of the outdoors space. Plus the beds were so comfy. We were there for a summer wedding and got to park our car and just walk everywhere. I’m so grateful the condo exceeded expectations.

The complex was good and the condo fits our need. The only weird thing is a large heavy equipment was parked at the entrance to the driveway blocking half of it. It is passable for one car, but you'll have to be careful maneuvering around it. Property manager was very accommodating with our check in due to a 2yo toddler. Really appreciate!

This Kiva property was a perfect accommodation for our family to celebrate a relative’s wedding weekend at Beaver Creek. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything. We loved being in the area in the summer and we’d love to come back for some skiing too.

What a wonderful place right next to all the action that Beavercreek has to offer. This condo has everything you need and want. Beautiful views and cozy furnishings for apres ski make this place so great. The proximity to the base of the mountain makes this location incredible. We loved our time here.

This property was great. Close enough to town to walk (or easy shuttle) but also felt slightly secluded outside of the hustle-and-bustle of town. Also very easy ski-in and (basically) ski-out. Exceptional stay at this prime location!

My friends and I went for a 3 days ski trip and had an incredible experience staying at this property. The home had everything needed and more - great bedrooms (comfy and big), nice kitchen and accessories, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, great views. Location was 10/10, with a main ski lift only about 100 yards from the property for a true ski in - ski out experience, which makes life so much easier. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a long day on the mountain. Easy to get in and out of the property itself and the concierge was helpful when needed. Would 100% comeback!

This was a great property overall. It is clean and fairly close to the BC shops. We enjoyed that it had a full kitchen as we cooked meals for everyone while we were there. We also liked that all of the bedrooms had bathrooms, even if they needed a little updating. The biggest frustration is that we only had 1 parking spot, and for a unit that can hold 10 people the likelihood of bringing more then 1 vehicle is high.

Overall, we were very impressed with the property. Clean, fully furnished and comfortable for multiple guests. Common areas like pool, hot tubs and ski locker were also clean and convenient.
