Cozy Retreat Across from the Clubhouse - 2bd/2ba Condo (Sleeps 6)

This freshly painted (Oct 2022) and the renovated condo is located in the Meadowridge Subdivision, less than 5 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort and on the free bus route to the mountain.

Sleeps up to 6 easily: The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath. The guest room has a twin over full bunk bed and a daybed with a trundle.

The living room and master bedroom include smart TVs and the guest room includes a TV connected to the gaming system.

Additional condo amenities include all your kitchen needs, humidifiers for the very dry weather, hooks for all your gear, an outdoor ski closet, boot dryer, gaming system with games for the kids, movies, card games, local books, and plenty of room for you to enjoy your vacation.

Nearby Attractions: Winter Park Resort, Devil's Thumb Ranch, YMCA of the Rockies for cross-country skiing. Grand Lake, the snowmobile capital of Colorado, is 40 minutes away and next to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Your rental includes access to the Meadowridge clubhouse. This center is very nice, including a fitness center, sauna, two racquetball courts, outdoor tennis courts, a year-round outdoor heated pool, and two outdoor heated hot tubs. There are activities for the whole family to enjoy! The clubhouse has access to a coin/credit card-operated laundry room and lockers rooms with extra showers.

The three bus stops throughout Meadowridge allow easy transportation to the ski resort, town, or the grocery store nearly any time of the day. Our condo is steps away from one of the stops, enabling even easier access.

Please check the calendar for availability. If you have any questions, we try to respond within the hour but may take up to 24 hours.

The condo association conducts monthly unit inspections in our condo. This is a brief visual inspection to ensure there is adequate heat in the unit as well as check for leaks. The staff will leave a card notifying you that they have been in the unit and also if there are any additional issues they found during their inspection.

Great condo for skiing at Winter Park!

We stayed one quick night before skiing at Winter Park the next day. Great ground floor location (easy to unpack the car), close to the hot tub/pool (heated in the winter!) and plenty of space for our family of 3. Our 8 year old daughter was so excited to see the bunk bed and PS3! We enjoyed it so much that we booked it again for the following Friday night.

Birthday Celebration

It was perfect for my friends and I. Super clean, so many extra bed linens, many toiletries and coffee in the cabinets. Only (very small!) downsides were the coffee pot did not make proper coffee (coffee came out tea colored) and the master bath took at least two hours to fully drain. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Perfect fit & location!

This 2/2 unit was perfect for me and my two boys (ages 12 & 14). It was clean, fit us nicely, had everything we needed, and perfectly located. I brought my boys to learn to snowboard at Granby Ranch - a smaller, cheaper mountain (great place to learn and enjoy!). It was a beautiful 20 min drive to GR each day that we loved. We chose to stay in Fraser to save money, be close to a grocery store, restaurants, rentals, tubing hill, etc. Also, we had stayed at Meadow Ridge in another unit with our whole family in 2022 when we skied Winter Park. This unit was conveniently situated right across the street from the clubhouse where we used the gym, racquetball/basketball/volleyball, and laundry mat. I loved the bottom floor unit for ease of transporting luggage and bulky gear although I did hear someone walking around above us til midnight one night. Not a deal breaker though. Keith was a great communicator as well. We would definitely stay here again if I just brought my boys on a trip.

Wonderful stay in Fraser/Winter Park

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser/Winter Park. We were there to ski and the location was wonderful, about 11 minutes from the hill. The communication was great, the kitchen is well stocked, they had enough towels out for our 3 week stay. The clubhouse which is were the hot tub, pool and laundry are located was right across the parking lot. The clubhouse provided towels for pool & hot tub and folks were always so pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

Memorable Birthday Trip

Record Snow and 25 Degrees was perfect for a winter get away to this great location! Close to grocery stores, winter park resort, Fraser amenities and all the fun. The hot tub and club house on property were great. The location had everything we needed, was warm, clean, comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us!

Wonderful Winter Park Condo

Clean, comfortable WP condo, that was very well equipped for our New Years weekend on the slopes! Conveniently located with great amenities. The hot tub each evening was one of the best parts of the day and literally just steps out the door. Keith and Dawn’s place was amazing. Would certainly stay again!

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay at Keith’s property! We really loved the club and pool right across the parking lot. Property was clean and well kept, and it’s in a beautiful area. The condo is older and redone well, but had some creaky floors and we could hear the people above us. It had no AC, but it cooled off at night, so it wasn’t too hot. Overall, good stay.

Property owner charged us hundreds for something we didn't do

We stayed at this apartment 1 night in between days skiing at Winter Park in March. We spent about 4 hours awake there, played cards and went to bed. Got up early and went to go ski. The following week I got a large charge from the owner saying we broke the owner's closet door and left "boogers" on some pillows. I appealed this fine because we definitely did not do these things. And also, I'm not sure dirty pillows would even be a fine? Likely covered in the huge cleaning fee. He reduced the fine slightly because he was able to fix the closet door "easily". Stay here if you have to on a ski weekend but beware.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

Lovely condo, right across the street from the pool, health club, courts, etc. We only stayed one night and didn't get to take advantage of those great amenities. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer to check out the pool and sauna and relax a bit more. The condo was great. Comfortable, with everything we needed.

Great place to stay in Fraser

We enjoyed our short stay. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there was great hot water. I really liked the clubhouse which has racquetball courts, workout equipment and two hot tubs and a pool. It’s very conveniently located right across the street. The Safeway is just down the hill and overall the location is great. Would definitely stay here again.
