Room was great. Clean, nice and new. Staff on the other hand were unhelpful and unkind in multiple situations. We went to Monarch for a birthday and I called for reservations at the restaurants multiple times and was continually given mixed answers for our party. We ate at Bistro Mariposa, the Buffett and Twenty Four 7 and all had horrible wait times for being served food even without a reservation. Service was a bummer on most fronts. Called front desk for help with balloons and other small birthday ideas and was met with push back and no accommodation.
