The owner manager completely ignored our need for handicap room. I made the reservation months ago. I called and called leaving messages. When I finally got ahold of him he corrected my reservation to the only handicap room, but he failed to notify the reservation system. I arrived to check in and the poor desk clerk had to move another family out of room. This made an uncomfortable stay. The parking is so awkward on a sloping lot. I drive a van with a ramp. My daughter’s room with two children had a stuffed up toilet that was nerves even tried to be plunged. I would like money back on that room with no toilet. We stayed three nights and had room 10 and 25. We were there from July 19 to july22 when we checked out. Please send a refund for the no toilet room!

Not great.

When we walked in, my son said, "it smelled like camp" and he was right. It had an old lodge feel and smell. The rooms were muggy and old. Glad we were only there one night.

It was fine. Good location. Modest accommodations, and it was quiet. The wifi connection very erratic, which was really frustrating (since it was hard to get cell service).

There was no one in lobby when we arrived. Self check-in. We had a requested a ground floor room and we had been put in a second floor. We had to bring all our items upstairs which was very painful, as we have hip and knee issues. When in the room, the TV didn't work. My husband went and found someone to help. No response on phone. The manager came and helped us move our items to a ground floor room. Very outdated and the bed was horrible. The price of the room was totally out of line. We would not recommend ever staying there. The "poor" rating was only because the manager helped us.

The front desk person was very kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check out a bit later so we could finish our hike. The room was quiet and clean. The location was within easy walking distance to the lovely Grand Lake downtown area.
