The room doesn’t have heat and it’s 21° tonight and snowing. The only thing working is this tiny little electric room heater. The room smells like a dingy old motel. Everything was unplugged, including the fridge so the frozen stuff we brought all melted. The hot tub was broken and the water was cold. The parking is a joke and they were not accommodating in the office whatsoever. Definitely not somewhere I would ever stay again.

I didn’t get a Mountain View room, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the shower head wouldn’t stay in place. It soaked the entire bathroom floor. I reached out to the property a few times by phone, text and email and never got a response. Horrible customer service. Not a good experience.

This is a budget hotel, so I didnt expect fancy. Location is great, very pretty, although it's VERY hard to find the entrance. The room was clean. Bed was much too hard. But the price was right for 1 night. I stayed in December, so it was too cold to enjoy the outdoors. But it looks like it would be quite beautiful in summer.
