The staff at the lodge was the highlight! Everybody was very nice and accommodating. Room was nice, spacious and super clean. Continental breakfast is available until 10 am which we really liked as we normally don't eat breakfast early too early. We really like the pond next to the main office building. It was lovely!

Checked in and was given a room that was very much used. Went back for a new room, the new rooms door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Come to find out the room lock was broken and only locked with the key; if you locked the room from the outside and people are inside, it also didnt unlock without the key. Called and got yet another room. That room had the sink running and tissues looked like they had been stuffed back in the box. Because we had to switch our rooms so often, we missed out on a VIP signing and exclusive merch for a favorite band at the Stanley hotel (3 minute drive). Super disappointed from the entire experience. 1 star for providing the room as we didn’t want to look for a new hotel trying to get to our event.

The room doesn’t have heat and it’s 21° tonight and snowing. The only thing working is this tiny little electric room heater. The room smells like a dingy old motel. Everything was unplugged, including the fridge so the frozen stuff we brought all melted. The hot tub was broken and the water was cold. The parking is a joke and they were not accommodating in the office whatsoever. Definitely not somewhere I would ever stay again.
