The Residences at Park Hyatt is the premier ski-in/ski-out accommodation within the European style Beaver Creek Village. You will enjoy all the privacy of home, along with the amenities, conveniences, and luxuries of a 5-star hotel.
The 2-bedroom condominium features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a separate dining area, a large living room with gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, wireless internet, and full-sized washer/dryer.
The primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed and luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The secondary bedroom suite features two twin beds which can be converted to a king, and a full bath. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa, providing total sleeping capacity for 6 people.
Rental rate include valet parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles at nightly rate), a full service concierge, access to the fully equipped fitness center, sauna, steam room, heated pool and 5 hot tubs, and ski valet service in the winter. Additional guest amenities include the award-winning Allegria spa, 8100 Mountainside bar and grille, and nightly fire pit s'mores.
The Park Hyatt is situated at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain with 1,500 acres of ski-in, ski-out terrain accessible just steps from the back door of the hotel via the Buckaroo Express Gondola. Beaver Creek lift tickets are also honored at Vail Mountain. Camp Hyatt ski school and babysitting services are also available.

Amazing condo/amenities

The whole process of getting information/booking/confirming of the condo was a breeze thanks to Jared. The condo exceeded all our expectations along with the great amenities such as the Aqua Sanitas at the spa. The condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, thanks to the great cleaning staff. Every item you could possibly need for the kitchen was furnished. The location of the Park Hyatt couldn't have been better, especially for ski in/ski out access. We look forward to staying at the condo again next year!
