The Park Hyatt Hotel Residences are the best of both worlds of a condo and a hotel. It has the amenities of a 5-star hotel, such as on-site restaurants/room service, a spa, pool, concierge/bellman, ski valet, daily housekeeping/turndown service, and the list can go on. At the same time, the unit is a spacious large luxury condo with an amazing location at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and the village.

These are exclusive condos (only 15 total) actually inside the 5-star Park Hyatt Hotel. These units are a separate wing inside the hotel and have large kitchens with Wolf appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and appliances such as a Subzero Refrigerator, Bosh Dishwasher, washer and dryer, walk in pantry. A large living room with a fireplace, comfortable sleeper sofa, full-sized dining area, and bedrooms with high end beds and bathrooms with robes, slippers, and Le Labo products.

Further, included is valet parking (which is 60 dollars per night at the hotel) and water treatment rooms at the spa (90 dollars for hotel guests). This luxury condo also comes with an exclusive guest concierge, play tepee for kids, and daily cleaning and turndown service (with chocolates on the pillow).

The equivalent 2-bedroom hotel suite at the Park Hyatt (the 2-bedroom James Chadwick suite) costs about 5,000 dollars night in the winter and 3,000 dollars a night in the summer, so this is a steal that won’t last long.
