"This place was great. I have never stayed in a vrbo that paid so much attention to the details. For example, the key code was the last four digits of my phone number (even I could remember that), a very well stocked coffee bar, very comfortable beds, large showers with good pressure and plenty shampoo & soap, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and more.Everything was clean and neat. The lighted pier is fabulous. Very comfy living room furniture. Covered parking. The sun deck is nice (and incredibly well built) .Thank you Anjanette for making our stay comfortable and fun. I hope to be back soon to catch the gator trout I missed this time...Paul "

"Check in was horrible. We never heard from the host on check in instructions or access gate code. Messaged him many times. VRBO was able to get us the access code and house key after about 2 1/2 hours after check in time. When I finally received a response, host was indifferent and stated that someone else was supposed to take care of it. The location of the house with waterfront and pier were excellent. The inside was clean except we found two dead roaches. The house needs some work but otherwise the fishing and outdoors was pleasant. I would not rent this again. "
