This was the perfect location for the Ravens football game. Lots of eating options, Little Italy and overall the perfect hotel. Hyatt Place breakfast was the right start to our day during our stay. The views from our room was great and the room was everything we needed.

My husband had a few issues with his stay. He arrived early and asked for an early check in. He did t receive a notification until 1 hour after check-in, that a room was ready. So they gave him two drink tickets to appease him. Also, on his second evening, he returned to his hotel and the temperature of his room was 83 degrees and the heat was on and the AC stopped working. So, they tried to fix the room and then he had to move rooms, at 1 am. Although the issues were i inconvenient, the staff worked hard to rectify the issues. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was similar to a Holiday Inn breakfast.

The rooms need some refreshing. My TV Channels were going in and out, and then the chrome cast to the TV didn’t work. They had their repair man come in to try to fix it and he just kept saying the TV is very old and he could t do anything. I also called the help desk number on the TV and they couldn’t fix it either. Overall, my stay was very good. Breakfast was good. A couple days they ran out of coffee and one morning didn’t have any eggs. Otherwise, overall good stay and will be back given the location and price is great.

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location where we could walk to a lot of what we wanted to do. Only thing I didnt like was the bed, it was extremely hard so we didnt sleep well. This is an individual preference but unless you like a very hard bed think about it. Also, not a big deal for us but if youre interested in using the pool you have to reserve a time you cant just go to the pool something to consider if you are booking and want to use the pool.

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was available. Location was good as it was in the city centre. Unfortunately the pool was very small and not heated at the time, the fitness room however was fine.

The room was really gross and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The carpet and couch had a ton of suspicious looking stains and the half the floorboards were missing. The shower didnt drain and there was mold in the corners. Housekeeping acted like they were about to go into my room when I was leaving for the day and I came back to it not being touched. Overall just a really uncomfortable stay. Do not recommend this place

Room had no AC and Staff had no interest in helping us get another room. However, the repair guy was extremely helpful and nice. We did get a second room and there was not cold water in the sink and the door did not self close. In the morning the coffee machine was broken. Your daily cost per night was very good.
