Great with one little issue

Had a room on the renovated 23th floor and was very pleased with it. The staff is very nice and helpful and the grneral surroundings are great. My only issue with the hotel is the chaotic breakfast arrangement. The layout of the room and the logistics makes it busy as a bee hive.

We had a renovated room on the 22nd floor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Pool area was really appreciated in the afternoons. Hotel is easily walkable to the blue line and skytrain stations Lots of high end shopping on the area

It is a big typical American hotel with no cachet. It seems to be extremely popular with American families. The pool is very full of families all the time. Cannot do my laps. Did not enjoy the pool area at all and never went back after my 10 minutes. 2 nights there was too much.
