Previously was our go-to property. No more.
We checked in for two nights and were at the hotel for about an hour before we found excessive dirty and unsanitary conditions. Caked/Clogged AC Filter, mystery stains on pillows, hairs on the bed, sticky drink rings on surfaces, mystery splatter on wall, dirty dishes, spiders and plenty of webs.
The front staff was friendly and came to take pictures to report, and offered another room. The second room was… only slightly better, still had garbage on floor, clogged AC Filter, spiders and webs, etc.
As such, especially with a cancer patient immune system, we left and booked elsewhere. As of this review two weeks after, still fighting for refund. We properly informed the staff we were refusing the stay and they assured us manager would authorize a refund and review issues with housekeeping, have heard nothing back and so far can’t get a response or approval from hotel manager.
