While the overall experience had many positives, we feel it’s important to share honest feedback regarding both the highlights and the serious issue we encountered.
Let’s start with the downside: our experience with a front desk supervisor named Raven, who was on the 4 PM shift, completely ruined the start of our holiday. He was by far the rudest and most unprofessional receptionist we have ever dealt with. He refused to help, showed no flexibility (even when we offered to pay extra), and treated us with a dismissive attitude. When I raised my voice and told him I would file a complaint and write a bad review, he stood there smirking, as if to say, “I don’t care.” That kind of behavior has no place in hospitality.
We were a big group traveling separately over a few days, and we had planned to leave a very negative review and escalate things further. Honestly, we felt our vacation had turned into a nightmare from day one—because of him.
But then everything changed when we got to the beach.
From the first moment we met the shuttle bus driver, to interacting with Martin, Evelin (or Eve), and the entire beach staff, our mood shifted completely. These people were outstanding. They made our kids laugh, made everyone feel welcome, and handled guests with genuine kindness and professionalism. They truly deserve to be front desk staff—or even managers.
