The resort is older but needs updating . No elevator but worst thing was the walls are so thin you can hear everything. We changed rooms as the people next to us were super loud. Than we had again problem people next to us and had to call the front desk. After a warning it was better. Room is nice and clean and staff helpful but people do not seem to respect others. So we will not stay here again as it is not a cheap hotel and was super noisy and not a nice relaxing stay.

Great staff, nice location, close to Algonquin park and to town. Facilities are great for the whole family. I come here a lot with my kids…everyone is kind…Charlean, Karen, and everyone else whose name I didn’t get.

We enjoyed gorgeous lakeview, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We stayed in this resort in low season, in mid November. We liked it so much that we stayed a second night and are making plans to come back during ski season
