We had fun but were very disappointed as my sister spent a lot of money getting a suite for her family based on having fireplaces so everyone could get cozy at night and watch movies. Neither fire place worked and after calling for maintenance and fixing one were told the other would be fixed next morning. No one came and no one updated, she followed up and they said actually someone was coming days later (after we were leaving). It changed the plans and also we wouldn’t have paid so much for that room as we wanted it for the fireplace and ambience. They wouldn’t comp anything and weren’t very helpful. The did offer to move rooms but by the time we followed up after no one coming or updating the kids were totally unpacked and would be such a hassle to love the whole family. Surprises the staff cared so little and didn’t comp anything as for many things in a room not to work is very odd and not as advertised.

There was no daily room cleaning service. You probably need to specifically ask for it. Upper floors of Bayshore building don’t have balconies, so if you are set on balcony or a patio, you can request lower floors.

Everything was great except the fact that I woke up in the morning with bites on my ankle. After searching it up it would appear to be bed bug bites. I am very disappointed with this as the rest of the visit was great. But it is unacceptable to have bed bugs.

Expensive buffet, no other options for breakfast on site. Good evening restaurants. No cleaning service for our room. There were 3 of us, only 2 towels, 2 water bottles. I wouldn’t normally be so harsh but when you pay over 400$ for a room you expect it to be top notch. Great location though!
