Friendly staff and a nice quiet place to stay for a few days. The receptionist Hannah at the reception is warm and friendly and very welcoming.

Overall, our stay was average. The rooms were spacious and clean, including the washroom. The hallways were quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are pretty big and also clean. This property is under renovation, with the reception area in an empty guest room, as is the fitness room. The parking lot had a lot of equipment and taped-off areas, which seemed to limit parking, and together with snowbanks covering some parking, it was tricky to find a spot. Everything is a little dated here, but with renovations underway, I would be open to returning when everything is complete.

The room was very comfortable apart from their heating which was making noise. We had a comfortable stay with our dog. Their bathrooms have heated floors! Loved it The only negative was that they charge $50 for dogs per night which wasn’t written anywhere before I made a booking with them. It came as a surprise. They also charge a $25 resort fee

Staff was helpful and always ready to assist. However the elevators weren’t working making it difficult to carry our items, and it was hard to find a spot for parking so make sure to arrive early. Other than those 2 issues, everything else was great!

Unfortunately, my wife and I werent able to use the Living stone facility as our room was located on the 6th floor and the elevator was not operational. so, the lady receptionist, who was extremely welcoming with a very helping positive attitude, suggested us stay at Living water resort, instead, with no additional cost. She also provided us with two 10-dollar vouchers for dining and spa at the Living water resort. Although this alleviated the issue a little bit, it was inconvenient to move to a place which we hadnt planned for beforehand. the living water resort was very clean and the restaurant was nice, but sadly, our heater stopped working during the night as we were asleep, so it wasnt exactly the coziest night, but we were too sleepy to check the reason and ask the front desk for a fix. in the morning, when I asked for maintenance they told me that the fuse has blown, so they needed to replace it. Also, the breaker was located in our adjacent room, so I really wonder how they could have fixed it if I had requested during the night. Anyway, we checked out before they fixed it.

Room was freezing cold when we arrived. Tub and Shower water mixer was loose hitch made it hard to adjust the water temperature to warm. Basically a cool shower in a cold room.
