The staff walked around like they weren’t happy. Other than that, the people at the reception desk were very helpful and happy and polite. The beds were comfortable, nice option in different pillows. It was clean and met my satisfaction.

Customer service at check-in was standout. Room was good size and quiet. We had got caught in a winter storm, so needed a place to stay until I’m passed. We had our dog with us, so it was a life-saver to be able to bring her there.

We were theee families one with PER, end up living in three different buildings with lots of In and out to see each other, we wanted to be in the same hotel but practically we stayed in theee different hotels due to rooms booked with no availability.

Coffee machine is broken. Called receptionist to send someone to look at it, we were told someone will come up but no one did till we check out at 11am. Knowing it’s Christmas Day and most stores are close outside. So horrible service. They could have taken that coffee machine and change it, so at least we have coffee before we go since no breakfast included with our stay.
