The hotel was clean, conveniently located right off the highway, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was that the walls seemed quite thin, as we could hear the guests in the neighboring room talking for most of the night. Additionally, both my girlfriend and I found that the shampoo and conditioner provided were very drying and left our hair feeling noticeably dry afterward

The room was not cleaned deeply everyday. The bed were not done, I had to ask for it. There was no access to water on all levels: we had to gon at the lobby to ask. The drink machine did not have water. Staff was just polite but not very warm.

Also, when advertising Continental Breakfast included then should have something decent, this was terrible, basically just bagels, spreads, juice and coffee when other competitors offer eggs, bacon etc. disappointed all over.

Not happy with my stay. Eggs were promised in breakfast, but both days they were out of stock. All I had for breakfast was bread, butter, and juice, which was very disappointing for a hotel of this size. The washroom was also not good—after flushing, it took 5–7 minutes to refill, and the shower was very old with uneven water flow. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
