Very cold in the hallway. Eggs at the breakfast wasn't cooked enough. Was nobody at the front desk at night when we came to ask for a plastic bag for ice.

The property was great , but the greeting and great customer service was greater, I would like to recommend the employee in the front desk specially ( Thelma ) very professional , with a wide smile and great customer service , thank you Thelma , The Gentleman at the night hours was nice and sweet too.

Loud neighbours above and beside and outside! First time on the ground floor - normally we are on the second or third. I stay here a lot and even the room was lackimg compared to others we have stayed in on the property. What a fail.

Room was ok but dated. Beds were ok but again needed updating. Bathroom vanity looked like it was going to fall off wall. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a hockey tournament in town and no one was supervising kids. Spoke to front desk and was told the coaches had been spoken to, but not parents. I had to tell about 10 kids to stop running in hallway and go find their parents who were drinking in conference room. I shouldn’t have to do this!

I had an issue with my room, staff changed it for me asap. I also had an issue with another room last wknd, staff were not hesitant to help. Definitely recommend this hotel. And strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel too.
