Room 202 smelled like it was just partied in. Mold on the roof in the washroom. Marks and dents in the wall. Transferred to room 212. First hole in the wall. Toilet paper wrapped around the fire alarm. Stains on the sheets. We took pictures of everything. Got charged $200 for damages of the room and haven’t received it back yet, but they weren’t afraid to take it off my credit card right when I arrived!

The tv didn't function. Food was still in the fridge from the previous person. Microwave was dirty. There was no conditioner left in the dispenser and very little body wash - suplies had not been topped up.

Awful check in sent to the wrong room they were still cleaning it the staff printing out sheets for me to sign in the wrong person's name 3 times then when we finally got our room disappointed old dated needs repairs soap bar left iin the shower trim coming off the wall bathroom sink didnt drain room way to hot knobs on the heater broken labels worn off never again and to top it off no parking we had to park by the dumpster and hope no one hit our vehicle

I love this place and the staff and the owner are all really good people. The desk girls are the best they Do a great job handling any troubles. The cleaning lady is a Russian lady she’s strict but runs a tight ship akd makes sure u have all your linens and towels and cleans the rooms amazing with her team. Matt is the guy in the kitchen he’s just an awesome human being and makes a wicked breakfast. The owner is a very smart and kind man an we have had a great time staying at the days inn. My mother is dieing and we are having a rough time visiting her in the hospital and looking after things and they have made it really comfortable for us at the hotel. Thank you Days inn.
