Very smoky

When we arrived, we smelled the room. It smelled like smoke. We went to the front desk and they recommended that we take another room so we went to another room and found it to be just a smoky. We were tired and accepted the room the way it was I was a little upset the fact that my first day was only $109 and my second day was over 200. Not sure why there’s difference in price but we had no choice we had to ask for more towels. We had two but there was three of us in the room.A

For the price it was decent. Ive stayed here multiple times and like the location. I like that its close to the highway exit but it looks to be getting old and slightly neglected over the last few stays I've had. The shower rod was loose, missing hooks on the door, the AC was a bit dirty. With a little bit more attention and cleaning this place could really spruce up.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was included. Food was plentiful and tasty. Our room was clean and well appointed. The only thing we missed was an elevator :) though it was only 2 flights of stairs down to the indoor saltwater pool, which was also a drawing card for our stay.

The location is great and right off the highway with lots of things close by. The hotel check in was quick. The hotel room looked nice with the brick accent wall but it smelled bad. The bathtub looked dirty. The coffee only had 1 pouch that wasn’t decaf and the pouches of sugar and coffee whitener only had one sugar and one whitener per pack. The door we swiped into, door c, had broken glass and 2 black garbage bags right next to it. The heater/AC was old and when I tried putting it on, it had a bad smell so I turned it back off.
