The room was larger than your average room. There was a lot of white noise which I thought would prevent me from sleeping but it had the opposite effect. Th breakfast had a better selection than most other hotels. The pool could have been cleaner.

Hotel wanted to charge $50 for early check-in. Wouldn't release the room until 3pm even though it was ready and we were there at 2pm. Not very accommodating at all. A few other issues, the toilet was not secure and rocked when you sat on it. Carpet was dirty. Our room keys stopped working. I would stay somewhere else next time.

The fireplace room that I paid for didn’t work. The breakfast was completely underwhelming. It was really bad eggs and toast. The toilet didn’t work and I again got no refund from this company. This was the most unpleasant experience dealing with the hotel I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’ve traveled all over the world. Don’t stay here.

Orillia stay

The room was very clean and all necessities were provided as far a shampoo,soap, coffee etc. were provided. Tissues would have been a welcome extra though. The complimentary breakfast was fine and all staff were pleasant and helpful. The town centre was a 20 minute walk or a short drive. Very good value for the money
