Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, pool was good. I was very impressed with the rooms especially. Love the fridge, microwave, coffee maker and mini kitchenette area. Couldn't figure out how to use the microwave but other than that, I was very happy.

The stay was great from check in to check out. Staff was polite and friendly with big smiles. Very efficient. Room was a gem, so clean and bright and inviting. Quiet stay as well. Very close to everything. We went out for supper and it was like 10 minutes away. A bit far from Casino but still reasonable. Breakfast was good. Would have loved more protein and hot food but all was fresh and available. The only tricky part was the key to our room...Might need updating soon. Thanks for a positive experience.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 days but had unforeseen circumstances requiring us to cancel nights 2 and 3. We gave more 36hrs notice to cancel the rooms but the hotel refused to refund the additional nights for 2 rooms. Horrible business practice. Horrible experience. Our company has multiple contracts in the area over the next several years and we will ensure that none of our staff are permitted to spend a single dollar with this institution.
