The room was in very poor condition; incomplete patching in the bathroom; carpet had gum or something stuck in it; bathroom was also very basic; no counter top which was inconvenient

The room was clean and serviceable. However, very few amenities. There was no coffee maker in the room and no cups either. No phone charging ports.

The room was the smallest that I have ever stayed in. The pictures on the website are so deceiving. the room was so small even with 2 people we couldn't walk around the bed at the same time.
