"Great property! Great for families. Loved the pool, hot tub, game room and overall feel of the house...you feel like you're in the forest, but close to town!"

"The cabin was great, clean, exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, fun games, jacuzzi worked great even though an older model. Our issue was with the overly strict rules with the city of Big Bear. We were planning on having family come up during the day to enjoy the cooler weather, barbecue and just hang out. Just during the day, no overnight stays. But that’s not allowed, you cannot go over the occupancy at any point during your stay. From now on I will book a couple of adjoining rooms at a hotel instead. "

"I'm a 75ish old guy who likes to ski storms and I hit a great one for my stay. The ideal element of this place was its immediate proximity to the slope—true ski-in-ski-out in three feet of new snow. The jacuzzi tub was very, very nice, and the view from the master bedroom to the slopes was brilliant. I dug out the car twice, (wish there had been a garage) but the run out of the parking spot was down hill. and the very active work on the part of the HOA made sure I was dug out for an early departure. Well done in every way... AND... I'm am old hand at bad weather, but the management did a GREAT job of giving the right advice. This is an ideal place for two couples or a couple of old guys who are there to ski themselves into the ground. The only thing lacking for me was a pal. Next time I see a dump coming, I'll try to book this place again. "
