Tiny Home
"A picturesque drive down a country road, this tiny home is tucked into woodlands overlooking fields that show off sunrises and wildlife. It sports a porch, picnic area with grill and fire pit.
Inside, the sleeping lofts have a Queen and a Full bed. The futon opens into a skinny Full.
The bathroom boasts a tankless water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!
We had an absolutely amazing weekend in this tiny home! It was exactly as described, quiet and clean. Very close to Seneca Lake and the town excitement but quiet and isolated to relax in the evening. The creek out back, the wildlife and the fire pit were all the cherry on top! We are already booking our next trip!
The property was exactly as shown in the pictures in the listing. Beautiful landscapes, the running water in the creek just a few yards away was very relaxing. 10 minutes from the falls and downtown area was absolutely awesome and convenient. We have never stayed in a tiny home but we are now huge fans. The amenities were perfect and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. TY!
Our stay was perfect! The property was all we expected and needed to get away from the hurry of life, explore the area, hike Watkinâs Glen State Park, mountain bike the Catharine trail and learn about the history and industry of the area.
Thank you for helping is get away for a tiny adventure.
Wonderful tiny house. Beautiful property. Very private. Minutes drive to Watkins Glen.
Accommodated 3 adults comfortably. Deck and table outside made morning coffee and dinners so relaxing.
Highly recommend
We enjoyed celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at the tiny house. The private bucolic setting at the end of the ~.25-mile driveway was perfectâwe had fun watching the deer, rabbits, and birds. The house is very livable, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. I loved the counter space in the kitchen! And, the laundry shed was a convenient place to store our bikes.
The house is within easy driving distance of many attractionsâwe enjoyed visiting the Corning Glass Museum and the Rockwell American Art Museum in Corning, hiking in Watkins Glen State Park (amazing!), biking along the Catharine Valley Trail in Watkins Glen, and visiting the Glenn H Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport. We also discovered a great little coffee shop (Babes & Buds Coffee Lounge and Boutique) in Watkins Glen that makes the best chai tea lattes!
On our third day, a bad summer storm came through, with high winds knocking down trees and cutting off the electricity. The property management company reached out immediately to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything. The owner quickly removed debris from the driveway and set up a generator so our stay remained comfortable during the 2.5 days it took for the electricity to come back on. We can't praise the communication and quick response time throughout our stay enough.
The novelty of the tiny house, lovely location, and great service made for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely plan another visit!
This is a beautiful place to rest. I rated it 10/10. It is a quiet, comforting and private space. I fall short when describing it because it was a unique experience that fulfilled all my travel expectations. I recommend it 100%.
Beautiful tiny home, originally planned for 2, turned into 4 of us last minute. The place was clean and fully functional. I would definitely recommend and I will plan to stay again.
If you like the peaceful outdoors, this is the place for you. Me and my daughter enjoyed experiencing tiny house living. I loved hearing the birds chirping and got to see the sun rise from a distance. The tiny house was clean and felt very homey. They also have a washer and dryer in separate out house. It's also not too far from local shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future. đ
The tiny house has a great view and a very nice property. Laundry available in a separate building at no cost.
Had to relight the pilot repeatedly for the heater.
Not enough hot water to leave the water on throughout your shower.
For us, these inconveniences were minor.
Tucked far off a country road this tiny house is surrounded by wide open space to the front and woodlands all around the sides and back. Just a short drive into Watkins Glen or a bit further for a scenic drive over to Ithica. Nice fire pit with some kindling in a bin on the property. You can get wood at Tops in Watkins Glen. Everything you need is there. If youâre a coffee drinker, there is no Keurig and you will need to bring your own coffee and filters for the coffee pot. We enjoyed the secludedness, no WiFi, and no TV. A peaceful setting without distractions.
Looking for a place to actually relax? This is THE place. A short drive from many attractions of the Finger Lakes, this Tiny Home is perfect! When you arrive you will drive back a picturesque drive to and be greeted with the beautiful home on the left hand side. We loved the huge porch and picnic area with a grill. Such a fun way to enjoy time with the family.
The inside of the tiny home was beautiful and clean! There are 2 sleeping lofts in this home as well as a couch that is great for napping. The bathroom is great! It boasts a tankless hot water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. In fact you wouldnât even know that you were in a Tiny house here.
The main living area is great. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove is in the dining area meaning you can enjoy bringing some of your favorite foods.
All in all this was a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming again!
We never stayed in a tiny house before. This was a great experience. Much nicer than a hotel. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely go back again.
The Tiny House was well arranged to easily accommodate our family of 5. Plenty of bed space, nice full-sized shower and full-sized fridge gave the house comforts similar to a full size home. It was central to our desire to hike trails near both Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. As first time âglampersâ we could have used some additional instructions in the information binder on starting the oven and trash removal but those are minor compared to the enjoyment we received on our vacation.
Came up for our weekend family vacation to hike the gorges with our two teenagers. The tiny house provided more than enough space for a family of four and was perfect for what we needed it for. Great location for us to easily travel to Watkins Glen and Ithaca each day. Communication with the property manager was easy as we had a question at checkout regarding where to put the trash, but absolutely ZERO issues with this property. Our daughter slept on the convertible couch and to provide her with some shade from the morning sun, we rigged up a sheet we had and it worked perfectly. Would absolutely stay again!
