Treetops at Little Sugar East<br>With a brand new deck in the treetops

Come enjoy summer in Northwest Arkansas. In a newly furnished and remodeled townhome. Near the trails. Upstairs you will find a laundry room with secure bike storage for 5 bikes. A fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining room. The living room features brand new furniture with a 55 inch smart tv. Relax outdoors on the large deck up in the treetops. There is a 1/2 bath upstairs.
Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with new queen pillow top beds and large closets. Across the hall is a second living room with a pull out queen sofa and a 40 inch smart tv. Also, a work space with a desk and great WiFi. Downstairs is a fully renovated bathroom.

Very fun property!

Clean & plenty of room for 3. Probably would not recommend for infants as there are lots of stairs. Also, really only one bathroom for showers & stuff. The other bathroom is a powder bath only.

We Would Stay Again

The townhouse was very clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Bath towels were thick and large size. They have a very nice deck to sit out and enjoy, or you can enjoy the view from inside, as well. The area was very quiet. The parking area was spacious. The host was available to us and most accommodating for our three day stay. We would return!

Long-term stay for work

I took a temporary assignment for work which had me needing a place to live in NW Arkansas for over 4 months. This home was perfect for my stay and exactly what I needed to feel at home and be successful at work. The property owners were attentive and responsive, making me feel very safe and welcomed before I even arrived and throughout my stay. I was sad to leave and will absolutely stay here again. Great place and price. Conveniently located. Restaurants, grocery store close. Loved all the tv program options. Very quiet. Immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable. There are stairs. One full bath by bedrooms and only toilet and sink in upstairs one. Would stay again.

Perfect time at Treetops!

My husband and I loved our stay at Treetops! The home was beautifully decorated. It had everything you would need to prepare a meal if you so desired. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the deck looking out into the trees. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Can't wait to go back!

Look no further! This is the perfect place to stay! This townhome is very spacious and well equipped, new and very clean.
